I knew Mato from his YT channe

I knew Mato from his YT channel. I like his sonore voice, his short explanations and insight. This collection is a must-have for all the king hunters out there! It goes bam-bam-bam, one sacrifice after another. I love it!

If you have ever lined up your

If you have ever lined up your pieces in an attack but can't quite see how to pull the trigger and finish off your opponent, this is the training you need. Mato takes you through tactics and combinations to attack f7, g7, or h7, or f2, g2 or h2 if you are Black and attacking White in over 300 positions. Working through some or all of these is going to heighten your awareness of possibilities. It becomes apparent that what is possible that you couldn't see on your own is amazing. Mato's style is unusual. I would call it gentle and playful, but you get used to it and the content speaks for itself. For any level of player I would highly recommend this course.

I've seen many of the lectures

I've seen many of the lectures by Mato Jelic in YouTube about king hunt, but the course in iChess is different. There are 305 games in the PGN files. I admit that I did not watched all the lectures, but I just pick lectures on attacking the uncastled king, f7, g7 and h7. There are hundreds of tactical ideas and patterns for winning with attacks on the castled king and sacrifices on each of the classic target squares f7, g7 and h7. I find out that there is only one game of Mato Jelic here #113. So I check all my Chessbase 15 databases, to find games that he played but unfortunately no games, no dossier. I also discovered that Mato Jelic is not a Grandmaster nor even a Master. Anyway, I think his focus mainly is not as a player but as a chess coach. And he uses these examples to teach his students about king hunt. These 300+ games really are gems. But from this compilation of games I learn many attacking ideas and patterns for the uncastled king, f7, g7 and h7. I really appreciate this. Overall verdict: The compilation of attacking games are definitely good. Those attacking patterns are in my opinion fundamentals for every serious amateur or club player aiming to chess mastery.
