If you have problems downloading your material
because your download link has expired and you get this message:
FOLLOW THE NEXT STEPS TO RECREATE YOUR LINKS
1. Go to My Account, where you will find all your purchase information.
2. Select The Order # and you will have the option to recreate the download links.
(See the example below)
Once you have recreated your links in your account, it will automatically send you an email
with new links but in this case, the links will be active in your Downloads section as well.
